Hello, I’m Juliette a Human Resource Consultant, Coach and Mentor who enjoys advising on the pragmatic application of employment legislation, best practice HR, workplace health and safety, strengths-based people development and positive psychology. Gaining the best from people while managing the risks associated with being in business.

With 20 years’ experience in my field, I mentor business owners and managers on how to lead and grow their people to create better engagement, productivity and bottom-line results.

Having worked with New Zealand organisations from the private and public sector, ranging from creative agencies, engineering, council, professional services, technology and software developers, telecommunication, apparel, electrical contractors, carpentry, flooring, skincare, health, horticulture and tourism. It is extremely rewarding and a privilege to play an integral role in their organisation.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance and NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. I’m also certified as a PractNZISM, Coach through Results Coaching Systems, Herrmann Certified , a member of the Human Resources Institute of NZ (HRNZ), and the NZ Institute of Safety Management (NZISM).
